He received the Doctor of Engineering Degree from the University of Science and Technoloy of China, P.R China and the Master of Engineering Degree from University of Science and Technology of China, P.R China, respectively. He was trained as visiting scholar in Changchun University of Science and Technology, China. He was honored as a 1000 graduate scholar by The Word Academy of Sciences (TWAS).
